Chiropractic pricing in Chesterfield, MO
Flat rates, published openly. You will know what your care costs before it starts, because that is how we would want to be treated.
What a visit costs
These are the rates for the visits most patients book. They are the same rates you will see on our online scheduler.
Full history, neurological evaluation, physical and orthopedic testing, review of any imaging you bring, and your first adjustment.
Assessment and adjustment for routine wellness care. Clinical therapies are priced separately, per treatment.
Family rate for children under 14 when a parent or guardian is adjusted the same day.
Not sure yet? The consultation is free. If you want to talk through your case before committing to an examination, book a consultation at no charge and Dr. Hayes will tell you honestly whether this is the right office for your problem.
Priced per treatment, never bundled quietly
Clinical therapies are added only when your case calls for them, and they are quoted to you before they become part of your plan.

Protocol care
Disc and neuropathy cases are delivered as a planned protocol rather than visit by visit. After your examination you receive the full scope and total cost in writing, before you commit to any of it.
Our guarantee: if you are dissatisfied the day after your visit, contact the office immediately and we will schedule corrective care at no additional cost.
Straight answers about cost
Do you take insurance?
No. This is a self-pay practice, which is a deliberate choice. It means the treatment plan is decided by your examination rather than by what a plan will authorize, and it means you know the cost of your care before it starts instead of receiving a bill months later.
Are therapies included in the adjustment fee?
No, and we would rather say so plainly. A routine adjustment visit covers the adjustment. Clinical therapies such as cold laser, shockwave, and electroanalgesia are priced per treatment, because not every visit calls for them. Your plan spells out exactly what each visit includes.
What will a full disc or neuropathy plan cost?
It depends entirely on what the examination finds. After your first visit, Dr. Hayes lays out the specific protocol with a defined number of visits and the total cost, so you can decide with the whole picture in front of you. You will not be asked to commit to anything before that conversation.
Can I get an estimate in writing?
Yes. You have the right to a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care begins, and we are glad to provide one. Just ask any member of the team.
Do you offer payment plans?
Ask us. For longer protocols we will talk through the options with you before care begins rather than after. What we will not do is enrol you in something you did not fully understand.
You also have the right to a written estimate of expected charges before care begins. See our Good Faith Estimate notice.
Know the cost. Then decide.
Book the examination, or call and ask us anything about pricing first. Both are fine.
